In 2022, I will add in Short Reviews, in order to review every book I read next year. I’ve done a few of these on Twitter in the past, when I loved a book but didn’t have the time or inclination to do a longer one, with all those entail.
I read 100+ books a year, but in 2021 I only reviewed a mere 31. Adding Short Reviews will allow me to review everything I read.
These shorter Twitter-length reviews should not impact my reading capacity significantly.
I aim to still provide 24-36 full-length, in-depth reviews on this blog.
And I’ll begin my Series Reviews for ones with more than four books, but usually significantly more. My first will be for The Iron Druid series by Kevin Hearne.
I aim to provide 12 of those Series Reviews in 2022 – one each month.
It’s lovely to start a new year with goals.
